If you are forced to cancel your reservation, please, inform us by email: velehrad.roma@gmail.com If you cannot arrive on booked date, in case of verifiable serious reasons, we heartily recommend you to transfer your date (and so the prepayment too) within the following 12 months without the cancellation fee. In case that you cannot use the date and the prepayment, you can offer it to your friends, your family etc. They should then contact us directly by email (velehrad.roma@gmail.com) so that we can agree on a new date and details regarding their stay. Your prepayment will also be used for such a transfer (without the cancellation fee if the stay takes place in the following 12 months). We note that the following cancellation fees apply to full cancellation (for individuals and groups): 30 – 0 days before arrival ….. 100 percent of the total price of accommodation without the city tax 60 – 31 days before arrival … 50 percent of the total price of accommodation without the city tax 180 – 61 days before arrival … 30 percent of the total price of accommodation without the city tax
